Problem with disappearing application permissions and having to reassign them

Regularly, I experience a weird situation where applications to which I gave permissions before asking me again for them after starting the system - when I view the permission panel, there are no actual permissions. But when I restart my Mac, everything seems to work properly, and the permissions are back.

I don't know what causes the problem - why does macOS lose information about these permissions and apps ask for them again? And why, after restarting macOS everything get back to normal?

Attached are screenshots with permission requests and the blank list of permissions for Accessibility, and the one with the list of actual permissions given to aps after restarting the system.

Then have a few suggestions ;

1 - Get Support Choose a product and we’ll find you the best solution.Start now and open an Apple Support Ticket as they are Apple Employees to deal will these types of issues .

2 - Product Feedback - Apple and make it known to Apple regarding this ongoing issue

And this is after you add your All the Applications to the System Setting >> Privacy & Security >> "Full Disk Access "

Are the Same Applications appearing in System Setting >> Privacy & Security >> Full Disk Access ?

Unfortunately, when this issue occurs, all the permission settings look like they are wiped out completely. I don't know why systems lose this information and ask me again for these permissions, and after restarting macOS, everything gets back to normal.

I'm not sure how this Full Disk Access relates to this issue. Here is what the Accessibility settings look like when the system loads them properly. When the issue occurs, they seem to disappear as in the above screenshots. Apps require Accessibility permission not the Full Disk Access.
