My iphone is stuck on apple logo then suddenly black screen then apple logo again

There's a support article covering this behavior at If your iOS or iPadOS device restarts or displays the Apple logo or a spinning gear unexpectedly. Complete the steps under sections "Check your software" and "Check your hardware" first. You can try to force the device to restart per If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen or service may be required if all of those options fail to resolve the matter.
