I used Apple Cash to purchase my replacement phone
When I get my replacement device, will I still be able to get the refund back to my Apple Cash that will be on my new phone?

Apple Cash would be associated with your Apple ID account rather than your device, so once you sign in on your replacement, you'll be able to access your previous balance.
