Hey bikram218,

We see that you posted from the Apple Support article, If an alert says Face ID has been disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro. If you see the exact error that says, "A problem was detected with the TrueDepth Camera. Face ID has been disabled," and your iPhone is on the latest available iOS version at Settings > General > Software Update, you will need to follow the guidance in the article and seek service support from an Apple technician. You can use Find Locations to look for local options.

If you do not see this exact error, follow these steps in this order.

  1. Check for updates
  2. Check your Face ID settings
  3. Check that nothing is covering the TrueDepth camera
  4. Make sure your face isn't blocked
  5. Make sure you're facing the TrueDepth camera
  6. Restart your device
  7. Add an alternate appearance
  8. Reset Face ID
  9. Get service

The article, If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro, provides more details and instructions for each of these steps.

Kindest Regards.
