After upgrading to IOS 17, Siri can’t hear me, but I can record audio and video with no problems. Also can’t record audio iMessages unless connected to Bluetooth headset. Already checked privacy settings, accessibliliy settings, rebooted iPhone multiple times.

Have you tried checking Siri’s settings to see if listen to hey Siri is on?
Yes, I’ve disabled and enabled several times. When I press the home button, the Siri button appears, but she can’t hear anything I say. I can’t do a Siri voice calibration either, since she can’t hear me.
Same here voice to text not working any where and I have done all the checks also did a factory reset
