Glitch with reserve iphone 15 pro or 15 pro max

Unable to reserve Iphone 14 in 2022 model and 15 pro max since last 2 days. Today and yesterday also same thing happening , when i click model and select Location of UAE it shows store, After clicking Store It supposed to reserved the phone.
