Raise the 5000 photo limit in a Shared Album. Why is this arbitrarily restrictive?

I currently used a Shared Album to display ‘favorite’ pictures of my daughter of her life so far. I currently have 5000 pictures and she’s only 15! The “Shared Album” is only shared with 1 or 2 people, but it is primarily accessed on an AppleTV to display the photo album. This creates a wonderful screensaver on our TV. With the 5000 item limit, it randomly shuts down the whole experience and caps it arbitrarily. Can you raise the 5000 photo limit, please!?

Alternatively, you could allow the AppleTV screensaver to access or pull from 2 (or more) albums?
