im trying to update my ipad to latest version of ipadOS, i do not have posibility to join any wifi network, but my ipad is conected to mobile data from iphone. but it still wants wifi. can i update it without wifi somehow?

While it may be possible to perform a system software update using a Cellular Router (a.k.a. MiFi), unless your iPhone has a 5G Cellular connection, you cannot update iPadOS using an iPhone's Cellular hotspot.
