Audio not working on macbook pro 16

Hello,

my Macbook pro 16 with Intel cpu is experiencing audio issues.

The touch control doesn't activate and deactivate audio, unless i kill the coreaudiod process (a solution that i found on an external community). Very often it's not working even if i do this process.

From time to time, even if I manage to activate audio, by inserting the jack of my headphone, this doesn't switch the audio signal from mac speakers to the headphone.

According to you all, it's a matter of hardware issues or can be solved by some patch or by restoring to initial conditions the machine?
