itunes error code 6

Continuously getting itunes error, have changed multiple computers, cables and everything, OS to ipad17 is getting stuck on over the air updated "stuck on update requested" any suggestions.

Error code 0xE8000065. What's the solution. I have tried everything to include resetting my PC. Nothing helps. I've been to iTunes support, but they are pretty well mystified too. Has anyone else had this problem getting error code 0xE8000065? I have tried everything that iTunes has written on it to include two days of talking with support staff with no luck. I have even completed a reset of my Windows 11 PC and fresh install of iTunes. Nothing has helped. This has been a fairly new problem as I have been using the same cables (went out and bought new ones too). Then it seemed to strike right after the lastest iTunes update was installed. All iTunes related software on the PC and iPad are current.

unknown error occurred (2009) iPad Pro without notice blacked out, displayed a very small spinning wheel and then powered off. The ipad charged overnight but would not power on. I plugged the ipad into my PC and launched iTunes. ITunes recognised my device in DFU and downloaded then tried to restore the ipad. It failed and returned "unknown error occurred (2009)". Help please!
