phone app doesn’t work

hi guys! I have an iPhone 11 and recently I’ve installed IOS 17, everything was ok, but yesterday my Phone App stopped working. when I open it, it’s nothing but white screen there, and after a few seconds it just crashes. I really don’t know what to do, I tried to turn off my phone, did a hard reset but nothing helps.
