Random Apps Downloading and Subscribing

Recently I was cleaning up my iPhone as I ordered a new iPhone 15 and didn't want to transfer all my nonsense screenshots and pictures and unused apps, and I noticed there was an app on my phone that I did not download. When I went into my paid subscriptions, I also noticed that I had apparently signed up for a free subscription to it. I know 100% that I did not download the app, or start any subscription trial. My automatic downloads are turned off so nothing I do on my watch, iMac, MacBook Pro or iPad are linked app wise. Has anyone else experienced this happening. I know I have accidentally clicked on YouTube ads that pop underneath a video and I don't require a password to download apps, but my Face ID is required for subscriptions. This is the only time this has happened to me and it makes absolutely no sense. Anyone have an idea for why this would happen? No one has access to my phone either and I have attention aware on so no one could get into my phone while I am sleeping lol.
