"Unsupported Note" after updating iPhone to IOS 17

I just updated iPhone to iOS 17 and all of a sudden my locked note using the new "Link Notes" feature appears with this error: 

"Unsupported Note - This note uses unsupported features.

To view or edit it, upgrade to the latest version of macOS."

I have both reset & updated Mac (OS 13.6)

The only thing I can think of is that it has to do with the new "Link Note" feature on IOS 17 and incompatibility with my Mac through iCloud.

It seems to ONLY be an issue with the locked note that also uses a link to another note.

There is no problem with other locked notes or other notes using the new "Link Note" feature

Im not looking for an answer because I doubt there is a solution to this. I just wanted to mention it so hopefully someone notices it and Apple can work on repairing this bug.
