My photos which were deleted from this iphone and my previous iphones as well. I want them to be recovered. If there is anything to pay for it, I can pay for it. But some old deleted pictures are important to me. Thanks.

If you don't have backups, and you permanently deleted your photos off of your phone, there is no method to recover them. Sorry, but that is what "permanently" means.
If you have been using iCloud Photos, any deleted photos would be moved to the Recently Deleted area. If you deleted those, they are gone forever
