I made a reservation for an iPhone and bought a case together. But only the iPhone was canceled.

After checking it late, I canceled the case together, but the case has already been sent. Why draw and how do I cancel it?

And I don't understand the reason for the cancellation of the iPhone. Please explain that, too.?

As we are not Apple employees here, we can't explain why your iPhone order was cancelled.

Regardless, you will need to contact Apple Sales for both the reason and how to cancel your iPhone case order.
