Omron Connect App not installed correctly after upgrading to iPhone 15

After Upgrading from an XR to 15 Pro Max, using the backup made prior to the restore for the phone transfer. The Omron Connect App is present, but does not launch. If I delete then reinstall the app, will I lose all the data associated with it?

You'd need to ask Omron if you delete the app and then reinstall it, if the data will be retained. It's not an Apple owned product. I'd guess they simply have not updated their app to be compliant with iOS 17.
