How to Retrieve Deleted Text Messages on iPhone 15?

I accidentally deleted some important text messages on my iPhone 15 and I need to retrieve them, but to no avail. I am desperately seeking for some effective solutions. Could anyone offer me some helpful advice on how to retrieve deleted text messages on iPhone 15?

Go and check if there is a backup on your Mac. This is most likely as your Mac will ask you to backup iPhone once connected to it.

To retrieve deleted text messages on iPhone 15 from iTunes backup:

1.Before doing anything, make sure your iPhone has been backed up to iTunes/Finder on your Mac. If you're not sure, check the date of the last backup.

2.Connect your iPhone to your Mac using a USB cable.

3.Open a Finder window. Click on your iPhone under Locations in the Finder sidebar.

4.In the backups section, you'll see a list of backups. Check the date of the backup to make sure you're restoring from the right one.

5.Select the backup that you believe contains the deleted text messages.

6.Click on Restore. iTunes/Finder will begin the process of restoring your iPhone from the selected backup. This will replace the data on your iPhone with the data from the backup.

Once the process is complete, your iPhone will restart. After it syncs with your computer, you should see your deleted text messages restored on the device.

Troubleshooting Deleted Messages:

What to Consider:

A. Restore from Today's Backup:

Restore your iPhone from a backup of it that contains these messages, and you could recover them.

B. Check Messages App:

If messages was enabled on your iPhone along with your Apple computer, then check and see if the Messages app is enabled on your Mac to see if it exists in it. You'd start up your Mac, not connecting to the Internet, and open the Massages app. Then proceed from there with retrieving it. Important: Be certain you do not connect to the Internet while booting up, as syncing would delete it. So, power off your router to avoid the connection.

C. Check your Carrier's Site:

Logging in to my Carrier's site, I can see the log going back 90 days (no further). So, see if logging into your Carrier's site allows you to view these.

Elsewise, if they're gone, they're gone. That's just the way it is :(
