I got a new Macbook Pro and was required to change my apple ID. I also changed it on my IPhone . My apple watch will not longer sync with my iphone (it is not the same Iphone I set it up with). I tried to reset it and erase all content on my watch. It is asking me for my old apple id. I do not have it. What do I do? I have tried every id I think I have had

If your Apple Watch is asking for your Apple ID, it sounds like the feature Activation Lock as seen here About Activation Lock on your Apple Watch.
With Activation Lock you will need to input the Apple ID and password it is requesting. This can be done on the Apple Watch or by logging into iCloud.com with the required Apple ID.
If you can't get the Apple ID or password, you might be able to start a support request as seen here How to remove Activation Lock.
