Your advice please: difference between refurbished M1 and M2

Hi all!

Does the $340 difference worth it?

Refurbished Mac mini Apple M1 Chip with 8‑Core CPU and 8‑Core GPU

Refurbished Mac mini Apple M2 Pro Chip with 10‑Core CPU and 16‑Core GPU

I presently have a iMac Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015 and it's still OK for all I do, though a little slow.

I make music (Logic Pro X), but never big projects. The same goes for video editing.

Thank you!

The M1 mini RAM is capped at 16 GB. The M2 mini Pro is capped at 32 GB. I have the latter device with 12 Core CPU/19 Core GPU, 32 GB RAM and a 1TB internal drive. I do not use Logic Pro X.

Plan for the future operating system and application processing requirements for CPU, RAM, and storage requirements. You will fence yourself in by shopping on price for hardware that cannot be upgraded after the sale.

I traded in an M1 mini for the M2 mini Pro and the performance difference is quite noticeable. I am running Ventura 13.6 now, and this machine will get Sonoma once my ordered Time Machine drive arrives from Crucial.
