icloud sync stuck on specific files

A lot of folks have sync issues from the searches I have done. I have the same issue but it seems to be only a small group of files. Does anyone know any cmd line foo that would show what file(s) the icloud server is having trouble with?



This stays this way and does not move. Activity Monitor shows the process 'Bird' is not sending or receiving.

How can I determine the offending files? I have stopped/started 'Bird', turned off/on syncing, restarted, etc. and it always comes to this. All other phone, pads, and macs sync just fine, so it is the MacBook Air M2 alone that has the issue.
