Display screen moving when moving bluetooth mouse.

Suddenly, the screen has become larger. When moving left with the mouse, the screen shifts right.

When moving down with the mouse, the screen shifts up and the same principle in all directions!

I tried the old apparently solving advice ''press control, two fingers slide down on trackpad'', it fixes nothing at all.

Why is no single info available for this issue, I wonder?

Bizarrely, countless clear and descriptive entries I placed into the Google and YouTube search, describing shifting of the display via mouse, bring up only solutions for black screens and flickering.

I know I am not the only one with this issue. Can the tech experts of Apple not please elaborate?

PS, I have no accessibility feature, nor any magnifier turned on.

What is causing this, and please, what is the solution?

Thanks in advance.
