Start by identifying your iPad model:
These iPad models have a USB-C port:
- iPad Pro 11" (all models)
- iPad Pro 12.9" (third generation and later)
- iPad Air (fourth generation and later)
- iPad mini (sixth generation)
- iPad (tenth generation)
All other iPad models have a Lightning port
