Can’t stream Apple Music after new update

Updated my Apple Watch ultra to 10.0.1 and now I can’t stream my Apple Music library when I go out for a jog. Cellular settings are enabled.

Music won’t steam over cellular on Apple Ultra Watch My Ultra watch works fine on cellular mode but totally unable to stream any music services. All I see is "buffering" or nothing at all.
