BBC News repeats on HomePod mini

Our HomePod Mini will repeatedly play the BBC news over and over again but only for one user associated with the device, not all users are affected.

What might be causing this issue? TIA

Apple HomePod Mini will randomly say "there's nothing in your music library" even when unprompted As the title says my homepod mini will tell me "there's nothing in your music library", it often happens when I'm moving things not even talking. The homepod will tell me this when I'm typing on my keyboard in complete silence or in absolute silence just clicking my mouse. If I have a phone call these calls will increase to the point where I have to leave the room otherwise it would repeat this every couple of seconds. Please note 1. I do not speak English (or speak at all) often when this happens, 2. I NEVER SAY "hey siri". I looked online but couldn't find another thread with this same issue as most questions related to this are centered around Apple Music users, which I'm not.

homepod is just rubbish, cannot play BBC yet Alexa can HomePod asked to play BBC 4 plays 1 Direction, it is absolutely useless: Apple should be sued for selling this item

HomePod sound dropping but only on Music app Intermittently, but few times per hour, when using Music App to play music via Apple TV /Homepod stereo pair (first generation), the sound drops out for about a minute or more - this does not occur streaming from other Apps- checked WiFi etc as suggested in previous discussions - I can only conclude that there is a fault with Music app - any suggestions would be gratefully received
