Cannot manually set the time zone

I'm not able to manually set the time zone for my MacBook Pro (14" M1) running macOS Ventura 13.4.

Time Zone is like label, clicking on it, highlighting or typing does nothing like its a label and not a text input.

How to set the time zone? I took a trip and the MacBook shows the wrong time. How do I change it? If I click the date-time in upper right corner the widgets come out, it doesn't have time options like it used to. I went to Date and Time preferences but there is no setting for the time zone like it used to have. Even the Closest City menu only shows locations in the wrong time zone. I tried "Automatically" and "using current location" but it doesn't do anything. All I want to do is change my time zone from Pacific to Mountain.

Cannot manually set the time zone I'm not able to manually set the time zone for my MacBook Pro (16" M1) running macOS Ventura 13.1. I've tried turning off Location services and rebooting, but that hasn't helped. The Time zone setting remains disabled, when according to Apple's support forums, it should now show a "Set" button. Is this a bug? Any ideas on how to work around this? I would need it to test some development work for different time zones.

Can't change the time zone and it doesn't detect my location The thing is, I recently bought a macbook and it has misidentified the time and my time zone right from the start. And when I want to manually change the time zone, I can't change this item, it is highlighted gray, I understand that for some reason I have a blocked time zone and in addition it doesn't detect my location on any map. Can you please tell me what to do?

Solution was in Privacy-> Location Services -> Sytem Services -> Details to enable Setting Time Zone
