having speaker issue when incoming and outgoing call without pressing speaker, it works fine if I click speaker

Call audio is not working consistently on my iPhone Hi Seeking help with resolving a frequent issue with my call audio sound. Every other app works perfectly fine with sound but if i get a call sometimes it rings sometimes not and if i do answer the call sometimes i can hear the person on the other end and sometimes i can not hear nothing no matter what my volume is set to. Yes my software is up to date and checked volume and all also the small speaker at top works perfectly fine as i tested it by listening to WhatsApp audio next to ear. Is the sound in the earpiece muffled and buzzy? I have the same after I dropped it. It will cost £$400-500 to fix it so I suggest

Settings, Accessibility, Touch, Call Audio Routing and set it to "speaker" and forget all about the ear speaker.
