Iphone 13 Pro front camera laggy

My Iphone 13 pro camera is very laggy it only runs at maybe 20-30fps i just bought it today im currenyly updating the software right now to 16.7 is there a way to solve this problem my front camera is super laggy

iPhone 14 Pro Camera Lag (iOS 16.3) After updating to iOS 16 , I noticed that the iPhone always lag after taking photo , it never happen during iOS 15. Is there any solution?
