check my invoice be cancelled but i still not refund money

Time to receive depends on how you made the payment. Apple's information about refunds and the time for them to reach and be posted to your credit or bank account are in this Apple article:

Check the status of a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

Beyond that, there is no other help with refunds here. Were are other end users, not Apple, and Apple will not see your inquiry here.
