I'm in the US. I need an iPhone 15 with a Physical Sim tray

I live in the US an travel to China often. Since China does not support esim phones, why will Apple not sell me a physical sim card iPhone 15 just like they are sold in every country except the US? If I buy the phone in any country besides the US, Apple Care will only be available in the country where the phone was bought. There are regional differences with iPhones specifically regarding the LTE frequencies. Apple should have waited until all countries were able to support esims before forcing an esim ONLY phone onto the entire US Market.
