You're not talking to Apple, and you've provided personal details in a very public forum.
If the item was purchased online, they can log into their online account at apple.com/store to print receipts (generally retained online for at least 12 months). Otherwise, they will need to stop into the physical store to get a receipt. But, it's unlikely the store will have any receipt from that long ago.

We are not Apple but other end users here for mutual technical help, not sales support. We cannot access Apple financial data on your behalf.
However we do know that Apple maintains invoice access online only for about 18 months; so a Feb 2022 purchase is likely not on file. She will have to contact Apple directly for assistance; Apple will not see this request here.
