The pc optimum points are not accurately reflected on my wallet app.

Really sounds like an app issue. Do they have a website you can access? If so, what does it show? But either way, I’d contact Loblaws support team. You deserve your points.
The Loblaws’ app hasn’t been updated in over a week. Are you using iOS 17? If so, it could be related to the app needing to be updated by Loblaws. Have you contacted the Loblaws app support team about your issue?
I am using iOS 17 but the issue dates back much longer than as week, many months. In just thought I would try and resolve it. Same issue with my wife’s wallet. We have jointly 105k points that show up on the pc app but I get 3k on mine and my wife 4.4K on hers. So something is set up incorrectly. Also no matter what I buy at Loblaws I don’t get any points. But I do at Esso and Shoppers.
I don't know what pc optimum points are, but my Apple Card notifications are three days behind on my new 15P, but current on my iMac. Also, Apple Card widget in 15P is blank.
