I cannot sign into my iPhone with my Apple ID

iPhone lock to owner - the phone was repaired by Vodacom insurance in 2020-11-30

I used the phone after received it back. The phone was reset when I upgraded.

I want to give the phone to someone ells but can't get into the phone.

We have approved the

request to unlock the following device:

Product: iPhone XR

I followed all the instructions but cannot sign into phone - with my apple id - needs icloud id - so how do i get pass it.

I used my Gmail address but still show me I-----@icloud.com - locked to owner - even on my iPhone 14, I used the same Appel ID. I got proof that I am still is the owner of this phone. My request to unlock the following device was approved by Appel - but stuck at @Icloud. I followed all the instructions and connected to iTunes - restore - but got stuck. I never used an iCloud mail.

Your Apple ID / iCloud ID would most likely have been your gmail address.
