Voice call issue
Callers will suddenly not be able to hear me. Recalling sometimes helps but not always. Turning phone off is a temporary fix. Intermittent but ongoing for weeks

If having issues with contacts not able to hear you while on a call, check out the steps listed in the following resource that may be able to help: If the microphones on your iPhone aren't working - Apple Support
To help with isolating the issue further, we'd also recommend testing the issue with a FaceTime audio call as well. If the issue only occurs when on a phone call, then we'd recommend reaching out to your carrier who may be able to check for any network issues on their end.
