How can i remove this Spot/mark?
Recently i have changed my Screen Protector He Managed to pull out the Old Protector After sometime It Had this Weird Mark On the Screen

You likely can't and from the photo you posted, the screen is cracked, so your iPhone is damaged. You can schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar and pay Apple to put a new screen on your iPhone.
