I can’t login to my account after I change my phone number

"Check the status of your request

At any time, you can see how long it will be until your account is ready for recovery, or when more information will be available. Just go to iforgot.apple.com and enter your Apple ID."

If you haven't started account recovery yet but cannot get a verification code, try the suggestions in Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication - Apple Support which may help further.
