Export or Share Highlights from Books?

Until Books version 5 you could export or share the highlights and notes from ebooks. This was really useful, since I work in publishing and was able to edit or make suggestions using highlights and notes. Will this feature come back, or is there a workaround? Otherwise, a really useful feature is no more.
