iPhone 15 pro max won’t scan Lyca uk eSIM

Ok so I ordered a new ESIM from lyca uk I tried scanning it and i got the error message please try again or contact your network provider….well I tried and tried and it wouldn’t accept it, I thought maybe a dodgy eSIM ….so I cancelled it altogether waited a few days and then ordered another eSIM …..and same again…. It seems there is a problem with the 15 pro max with scanning certain Esims ….as I was able to attach my o2 España eSIM to the phone without any problems ….and yes I have had a Spanish and uk eSIM both in my iPhone 14 pro without any problems …. Any info on this would be appreciated
