Blank signature box upon clicking preferences.

I'm trying to add a new signature to my email accounts. I open mail app, click preferences, then a blank box appears. No other windows available, just the blank box. Still using Mojave.

iMac 27″, macOS 10.13

2023 - My signature disappears as soon as I put in someone's email address. When I start a new email in Mac Mail, my signature is there, the minute I hit "enter" on an email address that autoloads, my signature disappears. It's really really frustrating. Anyone know how to fix this?

Mail signatures disappeared My mail program has stopped allowing signatures on my outgoing emails. There isn't an option on a draft email to choose a signature. The only choices are None and Edit Signatures. When I edit signatures in preferences, I see 6 signatures, but there is no option to click on one to be the default. How can I fix this? I'm using a 2020 Mac Mini with Monterey OS 12.6. [Image Edited by Moderator to Remove Personal Information]

Signature in mail does not work properly in MacOS Ventura 31.1 Since the upgrade to MacOS Ventura 13.1, e-mail signatures seem to disappear randomly during editing and prior to sending. Can anyone help with this issue?

Go to > Add email accounts in Mail on Mac - Apple Support and select macOS Mojave at the top of the page.
