Recording parameters for Logitech Cameras with the Home app

Recording parameter allows for recording any motion or only when motion is specific - person, animal, auto, package. I have my parameters set to record only when motion is specific and yet every motion is recorded. Is there any way to keep every motion from recording.

Homekit Logitech Circle View Camera records wrong motion I have several Logitech Circle View Cameras that have been working great for months. I have them set to record only specific motions (Recording Options/More Options/then choose either "Any Motion is Detected" or "Specific Motion is Detected"). Ever since iOS 16.2 has come out all the cameras respond and record as if they are set to "Any Motion is Detected". I have rebuilt everything from scratch including HomeKit and they are all set to "Specific Motion is Detected" but they continue to record as if they are set to record when "Any Motion is Detected"

Homekit Record while at Home and at Sleep (ARM Trigger) Every professional security system has an "ARM" and "DISARM" function. When using Homekit with video cams, you can set "Stream" while at home, and "Stream & Record" while away, but there seems to be missing the ability to "ARM" or "Record" while at home. (ie. While you sleep) The only way to achieve recording (while at home) currently, is to either: Switch to "Stream and Record" while at home ALWAYS on each individual cam (which will wear out batteries quickly) or Remove people from from being at home (which triggers a lot of other stuff in homekit) As most cams have the ability to choose between ie. Home, Away, Disarmed, Geofencing, Scheduled and Night, it seems strange that Homekit recording can only be set for "Home" or "Away" and there's is not trigger available to switch at will. Please advise /F

Apple Homekit camera control question I have a Eufy camera for monitoring my front porch, which I mainly use via Apple home. I would like the camera/Apple home to detect movement, record and get a notification: When I’m away from the house At night when I’m in the house I would not like to get a notification during the day when I’m in the house (no recordings of myself, taking out the trash), so some kind of automatic facility for turning the recording and notifications off OR I would like to be able to conveniently turn off either the notifications or the recording during the meaning 1-2 taps or via automation. iOS and Apple home don’t seem to have any solutions for these things, even with using automation like Apple Shortcuts. Any tips?
