I have the Nike watch. I've upgrade to the newest update. I can no longer swipe up to get the LTE WiFi Airplane Mode, Sleep Mode, Low Power Mode... it's now something shortcuts to stuff I don't need or use then goes to apps. What the heck happened? I have no idea where it is now. Help?

Double Press the Digital Crown.
These all Provide new user interface features, some of which replicate the swipe up behavior.
