Britbox app login failure

I have been trying to register for BritBox app on Apple TV 4 which it simply refuses to do. Britbox support have been unreachable and when they did finally respond they suggested contacting apple support on 800 692 7753 which is a number that is useless in my country. It is a login fail, login credentials are invalid. Has anyone managed to subscribe to BritBox app on Apple TV 4 and it does it and logs in successfully? I have just done the latest upgrade, reset etc, etc.

Can't log in to Apple tv app on Amazon Firestick When I attempt to log on to the Apple Tv app the sign in times out. I've tried two active Apple ids with the same result. After providing my ID I receive a code which I enter, the signing in screen appears with the spinning wheel but the sign in just times out. I've also tried signing in by linking via my iphone but with the same result. All other apps work perfectly. Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem will be appreciated.

Unable to sign on to Apple TV on my PC for streaming. Apple.com site accepts my email and password, but the Apple TV site does not. It just keeps returning to sign in request window. This has happened before and don't know what we did to fix. It even has given me verification code, but then when inputting, it just returns me to signin.
