Hello l.dawson,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities, it's great to have you here.

For this issue, we want to recommend that you try removing the account completely before adding it back again. This will help refresh the account and hopefully get things working as expected with regard to that account. This article has the steps you'll need to follow: Use your internet accounts on Mac - Apple Support

To remove the account:

Stop using an account
1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > System Settings, then click Internet Accounts  in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)
2. Click the account you want to stop using on the right, then do one of the following:

* Remove the account and turn off its features: Click Delete Account at the bottom, then click OK.
* Turn off a specific feature: Click the switch next to the feature.

Note: Deleting an account or turning off individual features can remove data stored in your apps. The data may be restored if you turn on the feature or add the account again. If you’re not sure, ask the account provider.

Once you have completed those steps, go ahead and add the account back again and test the issue to see if that does the trick.

We hope this information is helpful!

Have a great day.
