The "Sharing" menu on "System Settings -> General" is not working at all. It's not clickable. (macOS Ventura 13.6)

I tried to setup internet sharing on my intel MacBook Pro 2019, running macOS Ventura 13.6, and I went to the System Settings app, I clicked on "General", and then on the "Sharing" menu item, but it didn't do anything.

It's not greyed out, but it doesn't open a new menu as the other items in "General" do.

I've also tried that before updating to 13.6 a few minutes ago, when I was on 13.5, but it had the same behaviour. So, rebooting the laptop is not solving the issue.

Has anyone else experienced that?

It turns out, an external SSD with bad sectors was the reason for it.

I was running "ddrescue" to image an external SSD from the terminal, and it had reached an unreadable section of it. Even though the disk wasn't mounted at the time, it also affected the "Sharing" menu on the "System Settings" app, and it was refusing to open the menu, until the SSD finally timed out and was completely ejected by macOS.

The "ddrescue" command had already gave up before the menu was clickable again, but the SSD was still listed on the "Disk Utility" app. Once it disappeared from the Disk Utility, and I've got the notification that the SSD was removed because of an error, I was able to access the sharing menu again.
