Verification failed, this Apple ID is not active

Months ago, I have requested a Apple ID for my kids, but after days, it has been stopped with error message: "Verification failed, this Apple ID is not active" while I entered correct password.

Currently, My kids iPhone has been locked to this Apple ID if I tried to switch Apple ID. all iCloud service with this ID stopped to access, photos, contacts, etc...

Apple Support, please help to re-active my kids Apple ID.. please!

If your Apple ID says it's inactive you need to reach out for support from Apple directly -> Get Support
