Changing the language in appleid.apple.com, I choose the desired option (Ukrainian language), but the changes are not saved.
Please help with this, because this question is very important to me.

To change the language on an Apple website, we recommend you navigate to the site, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and look to the right to select the country you prefer. Once you do that, the website will appear in that country's native language.

Thanks for the prompt reply, but the question was different.
I can't change the language here, I currently have Russian, but I need to change it to Ukrainian.
After pressing the "save" button, it freezes and nothing changes.
