Hi! Is it okay and legal to use Final Cuts Sound Effects (jingles music etc) for the video I have edit in Final Cut Pro X? The video is for my client so It is for the commercial use.

The Final Cut Pro and Motion 5 software license agreements state:
Except as otherwise provided, you may use the Apple and third party audio file content (including, but not limited to, the built-in sound files, samples and impulse responses) (collectively the “Sample Content”), contained in or otherwise included with the Apple Software, on a royalty-free basis, to create your own original soundtracks for your film, video and audio projects. Yes, that’s correct. If you can you should add an on screen credit for the source of the music. This is especially important if the video might be used on YouTube.

Thanks a lot! So you mean that I should add text/write credit for the music at the end of the video. Like: Credit for music Final Cut.
