how can i install hbo max in my apple tv? (i do not have another apple device)

If you have an Apple TV HD (4th gen) or later, you will see the App Store icon on your main menu (I have also included the support document to identify your model). That is where you would go to find HBO Max and download it. If you have an older model then they don't support native apps, just pre-set channels sent via server (and many providers have steadily dropped support).

If you are unable to locate HBO GO after doing a search on the Apple TV App Store then you can contact HBO to verify first and if needed contact Apple support. Good luck.

I have just purchased an updated Apple TV 4K 2022.. I have also subscribed to HBO Asia as it is meant to be available here in Indonesia. I have setup the new Apple TV but there is no App for HBO GO on the App Store. What is wrong? how do I get the HBO GO app???
