Random reload to Home Screen on iPhone XS Max

For the last few months my phone while I’m in any random browser or app will go to black screen with the loading wheel for a few seconds then go to Home Screen . Then I just continue back to what I was doing and it’s normal again . And now my battery has started to take like five six hours to a full load and I have all latest updates on iOS and apps and checked on different chargers and all the same and before you say it’s the battery … my battery is in good condition . Is it because Apple is releasing a new product because every time Apple is releasing something new a few months before my phone starts doing weird things .
