My iPhone 6s plus was stolen in the year either 2020 or 2021. I am unable to downgrade and i keep getting these apple charges for additional iCloud space. I would like to stop these charges from deducting money from my account. I'm paying for a service a no longer require.
You need an Apple device or Windows PC to downgrade iCloud, but you don't need an Apple device to access iCloud and use the storage.
You can access iCloud and your storage at https://icloud.com from any device or from a Windows PC using iCloud For Windows.
