Hey Ranger72957,

To clarify, are you referring to the Live Voicemail feature as outlined here?

If so, it requires iOS 17 and the additional stipulations listed below:

"Live Voicemail is available only in English in the United States and Canada, excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands."

If you're in a supported region and on iOS 17, you should be able to enabled Live Voicemail using the steps here:

"Turn Live Voicemail on or off

  1. Open the Settings app, then tap Phone.
  2. Tap Live Voicemail.
  3. Turn Live Voicemail on or off.

In iOS 17 and later, Live Voicemail is on by default.

When Live Voicemail is on, your phone picks up and coming calls to capture the caller's voicemail for you to see in real-time. Standard calling rates may apply. The caller can't hear you and you can't hear them unless you answer the call."

Cheers!
